How the Collective Became a Sisterhood

Listen to this essay

The Collective really started long before I ever gave it a name.

For years, health and wellness have been a genuine passion of mine. If something could help me feel better, look better, live longer, or understand my body more deeply, I wanted to know everything about it. I researched. I experimented. I asked questions. And most importantly, I paid attention to what actually made a difference.

And somewhere along the way, other women started asking me questions too.

What are you doing for your hormones? What do you think about this treatment? How do you stay in shape? What have you learned about peptides? What would you do if you were me?

Friends asked. Women I worked with asked. Women I barely knew reached out. And I loved it.

I loved sharing what I had learned. I loved helping someone discover something that could make her feel better. And I especially loved watching what happened when women started sharing their own experiences with each other.

That’s when I realized this was bigger than health and wellness.

The information brought us together. The connection made us a sisterhood.

Because none of us has all the answers. But collectively, we have so much knowledge, experience and wisdom to share.

That’s why I created the Mind · Body · Spirit Collective: a place where my passion for wellness, longevity, mindset and becoming your best self could become something we explore together.

A place to ask questions. Share what we’ve learned. Have real conversations. Support one another. And keep discovering what it means to feel incredible in every chapter of our lives.

It started with curiosity. It grew through connection. And somewhere along the way, it became a sisterhood.
